Can I request inspection for my existing manufacturer?
Yes. You do not need to have purchased the products through us. We can plan a standalone inspection based on the manufacturer’s location, product type, order status and required scope.
Can you source any product?
We consider requests across different product categories. Availability is confirmed after reviewing the product, supplier, quantity and applicable import requirements.
How are minimum orders and service fees determined?
Minimum order quantities depend on the manufacturer and product. Our fee depends on the scope of sourcing, follow-up or inspection and is shared before work begins.
Who is the importer? Are customs services included?
The importer and logistics scope are agreed in writing for each project. The quotation specifies whether customs brokerage, transport, taxes and third-party costs are included.
Is an inspection report a certificate of conformity?
No. An inspection report documents findings within the agreed scope and sample. Laboratory testing, technical conformity assessment and certification are separate services and processes.
